Payment Processing Policy
We are not responsible for payments that cannot be verified. If your payment cannot be verified within 5–7 business days, your order will be automatically canceled and a refund will be issued.
Ready-to-Ship Wigs
All ready-to-ship wigs will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Digital Content Policy
Please allow 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing and access to digital content.
All intellectual property—including eBooks, curricula, programs, memberships, forms, and guides—is copyright protected. By purchasing, you agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any content.
No refunds will be issued for digital products.
