Thank you for shopping with EmpresslyGlam. Our goal is to ensure that every Queen receives her crown in perfect timing and flawless condition. Please take a moment to review our shipping and processing policy before placing your order.
Custom Glueless Units
All EmpresslyGlam custom units are made-to-order based on the details you provide, including head size, style, and customization preferences.
Because each unit is handcrafted with care and precision, processing time for custom units is 4–6 weeks (business days only).
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Please allow the full timeframe, especially during peak seasons, promotions, or sales. While we may complete and ship your unit sooner in some cases, the full processing window should always be expected.

Please email us at support@empresslyglam.com or send us a DM on Instagram before placing your order to confirm availability for expedited processing.
Ready-to-Ship Units
Units marked “Ready to Ship” that do not require any custom coloring or adjustments will be processed and shipped within 4–6 business days.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery
All orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx, depending on your location.
Once shipped, delivery time is typically 1–5 business days, depending on your location and any carrier delays such as weather or holidays.
Please note: Processing time and shipping time are not the same.
To estimate your delivery date, please combine both timeframes.
Shipping Address Verification
If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, additional verification may be required to protect against fraud.
This may include a government-issued photo ID and a photo of the card used for purchase (only the last four digits will need to be visible).
Duties & Customs (International Orders)
For international orders, customs duties and import fees are not included in your shipping cost.
These charges are assessed by your country upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
EmpresslyGlam is not liable for any customs or import fees once an order has shipped.
