Welcome to EmpresslyGlam. Each unit we offer is handcrafted with premium quality standards, and every order is made exclusively for you. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. PROCESSING TIME — MADE TO ORDER
All EmpresslyGlam units are custom, made-to-order luxury wigs.
Processing Time:
4–6 weeks (business days only)
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may extend beyond 6 weeks. This timeframe includes:

Wig construction

Custom coloring
-
Styling
-
Quality control & inspections
Processing times are estimates — not guarantees — and may vary depending on the complexity of your wig.
2. SHIPPING TIME — AFTER PROCESSING IS COMPLETED
Shipping begins only after your wig has finished processing.

USA Shipping: 3–5 business days

International Shipping: 5–10 business days
Shipping times are carrier estimates and may vary based on location, customs, or other external factors.
3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use trusted couriers to ensure secure delivery:

The carrier may vary depending on destination and service availability.
4. SHIPPING RATES

USA Flat Rate: $14.99

FREE USA Shipping: Orders $1,900+

International Shipping: Weight-based (calculated at checkout)

Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (REQUIRED)
Due to the high value of our products, signature confirmation is required for most deliveries.
If you choose to waive the signature requirement, EmpresslyGlam is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered.
6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
EmpresslyGlam is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Carrier delays resulting from address issues

Redelivery or reshipment fees
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for new shipping charges.
7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is fully under their responsibility.
We are not liable for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delayed packages

Packages marked “delivered” that you have not received
If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
We do not issue refunds for:

Delays caused by customs

Refusal to pay customs fees

Packages returned due to unpaid import charges
