All EmpresslyGlam wigs are custom, made-to-order luxury units. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.

1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

All wigs are handcrafted exclusively for you.

Processing Time:
4–6 weeks (business days only)
This includes construction, coloring, styling, and quality control.

Processing times are estimates and may extend during high demand.

2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping begins after production is completed.

Delivery Time:
USA: 3–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days

We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Important:

Signature may be required upon delivery
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for correct address details

Once shipped, delays, lost, or stolen packages are the responsibility of the carrier.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the custom nature of our wigs:

No refunds
No returns
No exchanges

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

Full unboxing video (before opening the package)
Clear photos of the issue
Order number and name

Without a full unboxing video, claims cannot be verified.

If approved, we will:

Repair the unit, or
Replace with the same or similar item

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

6. COLOR & PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Slight variations in color, tone, texture, or density may occur due to:

Lighting and photography
Screen settings
Natural hair variations

These are normal and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or disputes.

7. LOST, STOLEN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes

EmpresslyGlam units are designed for a secure, comfortable fit.

Our adjustable caps typically fit head sizes 21”–23”, suitable for most clients.

To measure, use a soft tape around your hairline, behind the ears, and along the nape to get your circumference.

All units include adjustable straps for a custom fit.

1. ABOUT PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERS

A pre-order or custom order means:

  • Your wig is not yet made

  • It will be created specifically for you once your order is placed

  • The unit is handcrafted from start to finish with premium materials

Your order enters production immediately, which is why modifications, cancellations, and refunds are not possible after 24 hours.


2. PROCESSING TIME (4–6 WEEKS)

All custom and pre-order wigs require:

4–6 weeks processing time (business days only)

Processing time includes:

  • Construction of the wig

  • Custom coloring

  • Plucking and hairline work

  • Styling and finishing

  • Quality control inspections

Processing time does NOT include:

  • Weekends

  • Holidays

  • Shipping time

Please allow the full processing period before requesting updates.


3. EXTENDED PROCESSING DURING HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS

During busy seasons (sales, launches, holidays), processing may extend beyond 6 weeks.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Custom color requests

  • Vendor delays

  • High order volume

  • Seasonal backlogs

  • Additional quality control steps

We do not offer daily or weekly status updates during the processing period, as each wig is created by hand and progress varies depending on the complexity.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package is in transit.

Because of this, pre-orders are final sale, and processing time is required before shipping.

2. Why does processing take 4–6 weeks?

All EmpresslyGlam wigs are luxury, handcrafted units. Processing includes:

Constructing the unit
Custom coloring and toning
Plucking and hairline work
Styling and finishing
Quality control and inspection

This level of detail and quality takes time. Our standard processing time is 4–6 weeks (business days only), and may extend during sales, holidays, or high-volume seasons.

9. Is a signature required on delivery?

Yes, signature confirmation may be required, especially for higher-value orders.

This added protection helps reduce lost or stolen packages. If you waive signature or ask the carrier to leave the package, EmpresslyGlam is not responsible for loss or theft.

10. My order is delayed — what should I do?

We understand delays can be frustrating.

If your order is still within the 4–6 week processing window, please allow processing to be completed fully.

If it is past the estimated processing time, feel free to contact us and we will review your order status.

If your order has shipped and is delayed in transit, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) directly with your tracking number for the fastest assistance.

11. Why is my tracking not updating?

Once a package has been shipped, tracking scans are fully controlled by the carrier.

Tracking may:

  • Take 24–48 hours to update
    Appear “stuck” at one location while in transit
    Show “delivered” while still at a local facility

If tracking is not updating or shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly. We can assist with documentation but cannot control carrier systems.

Many EmpresslyGlam units are designed to be glueless-friendly, depending on the cap construction.

Glueless features may include:

Each product page will specify if the unit is glueless-friendly. For best results, some clients still prefer using adhesive or spray for added security.

13. What size cap should I choose?

Cap size is very important for comfort and fit. We recommend measuring:

Front to nape
Ear to ear

Use our size guide (if available) or contact us before ordering if you’re unsure. Choosing the wrong cap size is not considered a defect and is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

14. What comes with my wig?

17. How do I maintain my wig?

To get the longest wear from your wig, we recommend:
