To ensure every piece is custom-crafted with precision and delivered on time, please review your order carefully before checkout.
You may request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. This includes adjustments to length, lace, cap size, color, or other custom details.
After 24 hours, your order enters production. At this stage, no changes can be made. Any modification request may result in order cancellation and refund (if eligible).
This policy allows us to maintain accurate timelines, consistent quality, and a seamless experience for all clients.

Luxury Custom Wigs — EmpresslyGlam

All EmpresslyGlam wigs are custom, made-to-order luxury units. By placing an order, you agree to the policies below.
1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION
All wigs are handcrafted exclusively for you.
Processing Time:
4–6 weeks (business days only)
This includes construction, coloring, styling, and quality control.
Processing times are estimates and may extend during high demand.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping begins after production is completed.
Delivery Time:
USA: 3–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days
We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Important:
Signature may be required upon delivery
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for correct address details
Once shipped, delays, lost, or stolen packages are the responsibility of the carrier.
3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom nature of our wigs:
No refunds
No returns
No exchanges
No cancellations after 24 hours
No order modifications after 24 hours
This applies to all orders, including custom, ready-to-ship, sale, and promotional items.
Please review all details before checkout (lace, size, length, color, texture).
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order enters production and cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:
Full unboxing video (before opening the package)
Clear photos of the issue
Order number and name
Without a full unboxing video, claims cannot be verified.
If approved, we will:
Repair the unit, or
Replace with the same or similar item
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
6. COLOR & PRODUCT VARIATIONS
Slight variations in color, tone, texture, or density may occur due to:
Lighting and photography
Screen settings
Natural hair variations
These are normal and do not qualify for returns, refunds, or disputes.
7. LOST, STOLEN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
No refunds for customs delays or unpaid import fees
8. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY
Fraudulent or unjustified disputes will be challenged with full documentation, including:
Order records
IP logs
Policy agreement
Tracking confirmation
Customer communication
We strongly encourage contacting us first for resolution.
9. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By purchasing from EmpresslyGlam, you confirm that:
You understand all items are custom and final sale
You accept the 4–6 week processing time
You agree to all shipping and policy terms
You will not initiate false disputes or chargebacks
Cap Size Guide
EmpresslyGlam units are designed for a secure, comfortable fit.
Our adjustable caps typically fit head sizes 21”–23”, suitable for most clients.
To measure, use a soft tape around your hairline, behind the ears, and along the nape to get your circumference.
All units include adjustable straps for a custom fit.
